If you cancelled and would like to start using Bar Ticket again, log in to the app, tap your account, and tap resume subscription.

I received an email stating my card is going to expire at the end of the month. How do I update my card?

Log in to the app, tap your account, tap edit payment info, and add a new card or update the existing card.

I received an email stating my payment to Bar Ticket was unsuccessful. How do I correct this?

Your payment information is likely expired, out-of-date, or incorrect. Log in to the app, tap your account, tap edit payment info, and add a new card or update your existing card. Your subscription will continue as soon as your payment is successful.
